# What is APAD Token Utility?

**1 -** **Staking for IDO participation**

APAD staking gives the users guaranteed allocation in any upcoming sale on the AmplifyPad Platform. The allocation amount is calculated on the total number of APAD tokens staked at the given instance. Higher the APAD tokens staked, Higher the allocation.

\*For fair distribution of allocations, There will be Hard Cap per person

**2 - Staking for Dao Governance**

APAD stakers will also be able to participate in the Dao Governance and have their say in any of the change for the betterment of AmplifyPad and its users.
